Well, I've thought about it. I'm probably gonna go to Amsterdam after my Utrecht-party, to catch up a little sleep or at least change clothes. But since I'm probably buying an all-day trainticket and Amsterdam-Utrecht isn't that far, I assume I could pick you up and get you your discount. But well, should've thought about that before coz then I could've picked you up today too and get you to Danana coz you've saved loads on traintickets. My slow brain fails us again.

That would be awesome of you if you picked me up in Utrecht I'm still not sure if my roommate is going with me to Breda (who'd like to stay somewhere with people she doesn't know (only heard one of them make animal noises )). I guess there's 85% chances of her not coming. That would make it much easier for me.

I'll try to figure it out tomorrow. I kinda recall Jimbo mentioning something about being in Amsterdam early and me saying I could guide him to Breda. We'll see. It really sucks tho that I didn't think about this before, it could've easily saved you enough money to come to Dananananaykroyd. But well. We'll talk details on thursday! We're going to Amsterdam and MAYBE Zandvoort/Haarlem (just briefly, Lucie wants to see the sea, but we're going to Den Haag tomorrow, maybe we won't need to go to Zandvoort after all). Den Haag was fine, we went to the sea and that was just enough (I've been to Zandvoort multiple times, there's no need to do it again tomorrow). Just so everybody else knows: we're going to the Museum of Sex tomorrow, aha!

Just got back from Breda.
Awesome gig but the crowd could be better where we stood. One guy couldn't stand that a friend of mine was jumping most of the time and decided to hit him in the back and kick him on his legs. If you read this (guy on 2nd row in the middle, white shirt), f**k off and next time and go stand to the back please.

Ah yeah.. that's something I don't understand.

I assume somebody knows what kind of music a band makes when deciding to see them from second row. Ok, maybe not on free festival.. but still.. you can expect some fans on first row! Intentional hurting somebody (got elbow in back once and two-three times kicked on my calf muscle), because he is rocking out too much.. well that's just pathetic.

We nearly died this weekend, but it was absolutly worth it.

Absolutely cracking set, well worth the sleep deprivation/cost to see. I'll eat my hat if Colours Fade/Fade to Grey/Fade To Black/Ride The Lightning/Whatever It's Called isn't the album closer. I did like the extended version of IWIWSB as the set closer, especially with the call and response with the crowd as well. I can see that going down a storm when they tour over here next. Wheeze is ace, very heavy metal. The festival itself was a bit odd (possibly due to me being drunk/stoned/tired) but I like the free JD keyrings and the drunk bearded Dutch guy who buttonholed Steve for nearly half an hour

(In other news - release date for the album is apparently February, so expect it in April, and I've actually mentioned to Steve about moving the forum to bloodredshoes.co.uk so we might actually get something done on that)
