i think i just wanted to talk to someone outside but cudnt be bothered to walk all the way down the hotel corridor to the main entrance so i thought i just hop out of the window (ground floor obviously)

the downside to the plan was that i hadent realised the bit of metal sticking up on the window sill that the window locks into when it closes.

i jump
jackett & shirt get caught on it
rip
me take it back next day in plastic cover
shop doesnt notice as they didnt check it properly
i get my £50 deposit back
run home
