Will we get any new songs?

From what I've heard they'll hopefully start playing some new songs from next month on.

we're gonna start playing 1 or 2 newies in august so anyone at any festivals we're doing (and there's a fair few) will be in for a "treat"

sweet i hope that includes reading and leeds if you put it like that.

defo includes reading and leeds...and yeh we'll be playing them from august onwards so any shows in october, november etc we'll be trying out as much new stuff as we can muster. we played 9 of the album songs live a whole bunch before recording it, so we want to do the same for the 2nd album. it's the only way we'll get the songs in proper shape...

If you include 'the hits' in the next tour as well as lots of new songs, we could be looking at EPIC setlists

I'm so impatient to hear some new stuff!!! And I'd really appriciate a date for the new EP...or even a month

ha ha well i cant give you a date, or even a month. it'll be ready when it's ready. and even when we've finished it and recorded it, we dump it into the world of music releases and label schedules which are fairly unpredictable as everyone knows from the album stuff.

yeh i know! was a bummer...the short version of the story goes like this:

delayed plane = no soundcheck = BRS are scared of playing a new song for first time to 5000+ people

today is actually our only day at home in the last fortnight of festivals and stuff, and we're leaving right now for our rehearsal space to go practice the new shit up for these next shows this week...no rest!
