this is exactly right. that huge majority of bands sell fuck all cd singles....ok i just looked through the charts and the week that the new pigeon detectives song "this is an emergency" went big it only sold 59 cds when it sold 2185 copies of the 7". the vast majority of people download it and don't buy cds.

and yeh we're very much a vinyl-centric band anyways, if we're gonna release a single on only one format then we'll always choose vinyl because we like it the most!

To get back on topic, Laura Mary does look stunning in the video. I read this is the last single off Box of secrets, does that mean there is a new album in the pipeline, or is it just another round of brutal touring schedules?

This song is like a blow by blow account of my life from March right up to now. It makes me sadings! Crying or Very sad

Favourite song on the album though. It just kicks in and out from pretty to loud, and is just so different from everything else on the album (similar sort of vibe on holding up) I love the lyrics towards the end "So here we are now!" They make you feel invincible (kinda like when Cobain was saying the same thing in teen spirit). Now I have to go to Argos and buy a bloody record player! But hey, it actually sounds better right?
