Just saw this on the NME newsletter. BRS & Ladyhawke would be amazing, seeing her tomrrow again.

Says to go to http://www.mercuryprize.com/ but the info isn't up yet I don't think, so just have to wait.

Add http://www.myspace.com/mercuryprize as a friend, then comment them with the tracks you like BRS to play.

Of course, there's no guarantee they'll play them. But if we spam them with Carry Knots, it might be fun

Didn't put Carry Knots but I did put Surf Song and Bless His Heart for the fun of it

I just won this twitter-WHO'S-THE-FASTEST-thing for tickets - when I realised I don't even have enough money to make it to the airport (or the train station, if i'm being honest) and for once, there's no one home I could beg it off from. I'm not entirely sure if it's one or two spots, but anyway - PM me for the name and rock the front row for me, will ya?

excuse me while i go and cry over the suckiness of living in the wrong country.

AE: ticket's gone!

Besides that I'm not lucky either? of course my father is off on holidays for 2 weeks when i really need a ride to the airport (and also 150€ for a flight). this is so upsetting, i don't know why i even sent that mail - i thought if i'm lucky enough for THAT, i'll be lucky enough to find a 200€ bill in the streets, idk either. :prat:

I emailed the Ladyhawke one like a couple of minutes after she posted the bulletin on myspace.

But on the website it says comp ends tomorrow :/ The bulletin said first 6 people, but I guess not.

How long after did you email ?

I'm a bit annoyed, as the bulletin said the FIRST SIX people to send an email would win, but the news section of the website says otherwise.

Lame.
