I'm a big fan. Her first album title was taken from Maeby Funke's "marry me" reply in Arrested Development which makes her worth a listen maybe. "Paris is Burning" and "The Neighbours" are particularly good. Any other fans?

YES. Seeing her in the same month as Regina Spektor this summer basically made my life. "Marry Me" was the soundtrack to my Fall 2008; "Actor" to my Spring 2009. She's so lovely, it's ridiuclous.

I'me there with you both. I got switched on to her after seeing her with Sufjan Stevens. By reputation, she's one of the nicest people in the biz. After the Sufjan gig I mailed her on myspace to say my daughter and I had enjoyed it loads - she got straight back to me with a nice note. Took me a while to get in Actor but once I did, I loved it

I absolutely love Marry Me. Haven't picked up her new one though, I keep meaning to but I keep forgetting.

Haven't seen her live yet either. :/

She's supporting Grizzly Bear in Cologne next month. If I didn't think they were so mind-numbingly boring I would totally go.
